The One Stop Application website allows citizens to apply for certain types of building permits, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits, sign permits and licenses. It also allows citizens to track and search for permits, licenses, planning projects, and code enforcement violations throughout the City of Salina. The website will also allow users to request permit inspections.

You can save travel and waiting time by filing for permits and licenses online and checking your application’s status any time of day or night. You can also pay permit and license fees online, and download and print your own building permits and other documents.
If you need immediate action on a permit application, or if you have a complicated complicated circumstance or are not sure what is required for the project you’re planning, it is best to come to County Building, 300 W. Ash, for guidance.

When you click on the “Pay Fees” link the fees will be added to your shopping cart, where you will be able to review them before submitting payment. You can pay for up to 10 fees at one time.

If your credit card’s billing address is different than the mailing address you used when you registered for the OneStopApp, please make sure to click the “Specify my billing address” button.
